The Kai Tak Arena features an indoor competition venue that can accommodate 10,000 spectators, meeting the standards for various international sporting events. It has a column-free design that ensures unobstructed views. The venue can be flexibly configured with different flooring, and nearly 80% of the seating is retractable or movable, making it suitable for large-scale competitions and community activities. Additionally, there is a sports hall that can hold 500 spectators. Both the competition arena and the sports hall have retractable seating, providing an activity space equivalent to 12 standard basketball courts. The Kai Tak Arena is connected to the Kai Tak Retail Centre, which also includes dining options on the ground floor.
